Seems like a great deal if you want to try out their product without putting out any money!Propel Fuels moved its headquarters to Sacramento from Seattle last year. They have installed E-85 ethanol and B-5 biodiesel pumps at five locations throughout the Sacramento area and are planning to open another location in Placerville soon.
