This is a discussion list for very small-scale commercial biodiesel producers and distributors in the United States and a focus on community-based B100 fuel distribution and on the upcoming campaign to change the National Biodiesel Board's (financial) block on small producer access to their EPA Tier I and Tier II Health Effects data. In the pursuit of a community-controlled biodiesel industry, there is also a role for co-ops of volunteers. Co-ops are currently some of the only distributors who make B100 available in many communities.
